Labeling processing (from label production to application, all in one contract)
We offer labeling services for cosmetic containers, cosmetic tubes, and cosmetic spout pouches using fully automatic labeling machines.
● Transparent Label Application High transparency labeling process that prevents issues such as waste adhesion, air bubbles, and uneven glue application. ● Tube Label Application Labels can be applied up to the R-end 2mm line on both ends of the tube. Position control is possible even if there is no photoelectric mark on the tube body (testing required). ● Over-Shrink × POP Seal Application After filling, over-shrink is applied to the product (automatically), followed by automatic application of the POP seal. ● Spout Pouch Automatic labeling on pouches with spouts. Compatible with both front and back. Additionally, we can accommodate squeeze containers, square containers, and oval containers.
